SRM Stickers challenge went up for June. This month's theme is summer and I had been waiting for a reason to play with the summer stickers I had purchased from them. They are so cute! I wasn't sure how I was going to do this project until late the other night when I was trying to fall asleep, but kept thinking about it. I decided it would be fun to create a card in the box and use some Graphic 45 By the Sea paper with the Fun in the Sun stickers from SRM Stickers. I chose to keep the colors to match the sand and water colors you'd see at the beach so I used kraft cardstock for the box and the signs. The "to the beach" piece on the front happened by luck when I cut the paper and I knew that it had to be put on the front. Of course, you have to have a checklist of things to take to the beach so the cute "sunscreen, sunglasses and towel" stickers were perfect to add as some of the pop ups. What started out a long awaited challenge theme and an idea in the night came together to make this cute little card in a box that I have been anxious to share it with all of you.
If you'd like to have some fun, too, be sure to check out the SRM Challenge Blog and join in the challenges. Head over to the website and also see what new has been added. I have an order on it's way and can't wait to share the ideas I will be using them for with everyone. There's a lot of fantastic products to chose from to use on your projects, too!
