Altered Picture Frames

These are 2 unfinished wood picture frames that I finished for Christmas gifts. When I found the paper I knew that was going to be the inspiration for the project and was so excited when I was able to find embellishments that had the same shiny copper color in them. The paint was a little harder to match in color, but this color was unbelievably close and I love that it is metallic paint to give the frame a little shine. Now, hopefully, the store still has all the pieces of this project after Christmas and I can get back there because my husband, son and I like it so much we want one, too.
