Glass Etching-Glass Block

I've read and heard a lot lately about glass etching and using glass blocks to do it so I thought I'd try it. This is my first time of ever doing this and it's kind of fun. I made this and one other that is the same for Christmas gifts for my parents and my husband's parents. I learned a lot in doing this. I found some instructions online on how to, but I adapted them so as I needed. The instructions didn't totally work the way they should have so I did things differently and came out with the same results. I am also going to be etching some plates as gifts for other family members. After that I want to do a decorative plate for my family. I also made a glass block for us, too.
