The painting club I belong to paints memory boxes for local hospitals and here is one that I did. These boxes are given to parents who have lost their little one at birth or shortly after so that they can put momentoes like the baby's had and wrist i.d. into them for keeping as they heal from their loss. Unfortunately, we have been painting a lot of them recently, but it is nice to know that the boxes we have spent hours painting are helping comfort a family in their time of need. The bear design that I painted onto this one was created by Shelley Price. I have one more box that I will share tomorrow.
