Since I'm a chocolatier I always loved watching world renowed chef and master chocolatier Jacques Torres. Several years ago, he came to our area to introduce a line of chocolate he was creating for a line of stores called Origins. As a birthday gift that year, my husband took me to meet him and my son gave me a copy of his book "Dessert Circus" that I was able have him autograph.
